Return Policy
You may request returns for most items you buy from MECHALLEY, which are listed on www.mechalley.com that are within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the product detail page.
At MECHALLEY our priority is 100% customer satisfaction. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase due to any of the following reasons, you can mail us on customercare@mechalley.com
Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund as these are non-refundable charges.
For oversized items return pickup facility is not available for these products. You can self-return these products using any courier/ postal service of your choice.
If the return claim was rejected, we will send it back on the customer's request or scrap it after 30 days of keeping it in stock. The Customer will be responsible for paying all related shipping costs.
Incorrect Product
In the event of an exchange of a product due to an incorrect product, the product return must be initiated within 07 days from the date of delivery, with proof of purchase and the product. If we opine, the reason to be genuine and the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition, we would be more than happy to help the customer with a different product in the same product group, provided the product required by the customer is available in stock.
Defective Product
In the event, the product you purchase has a manufacturing defect, we request you to mail us on customercare@mechalley.com with an image/video of the defect on the same day of delivery, along with the proof of purchase and also mention this in the pod called “Proof of Delivery” documents of the delivery agent. Once our team approves the “Return”, you may ship the product to our address MECHALLEY, B43/172, Sidharth Nagar, Road No 8, Goregaon (W), Mumbai 400104. The product will undergo requisite tests to ascertain the defect, post which the customer care team will get in touch with you depending on the test results. After consulting with the Brand and examining the test results, the product may be replaced or repaired or returned to the customer depending on the discretion of the brand.

Refunds
After the returned part is received, inspected, and approved by our technical team, it would take 2 working days for the refund to be initiated. It usually, takes 5-7 working days after approval for the refund amount to be reflected in your original mode of payment. The same will be documented in an email and communicated to you. If you do not receive the refund within the above said time, please, contact your bank.
Return Will Be Processed Only If
• Product is returned in proper outer packaging so there are no damages on the product or product packaging.
• Original product packaging is preserved with no damages, grease, or stains.
• Product is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery with no sign of installation on the product.
• For wrong product, request should be initiated within 07 days after products are delivered.
• For damaged or defective product request should be initiated on the same day the product is delivered.
Exemptions From the Policy
• Damages due to negligence, improper usage, or application will not be covered under our returns policy.
