Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Shipment Processing Time

Mumbai. We will deliver your product within Mumbai free of cost, within 2 - 3 hours.

Rest of India all orders are processed and shipped on the same day. Shipment time is based on our logistic partner’s schedule, which will be mentioned at the time of checkout. Metros next day delivery, other cities 2-3 days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

The cost of shipping pan India excluding Mumbai will be as per actuals and mentioned before checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

Damages

If the product is found damaged at the time of delivery, please take photos/video of the package and item and mention this on the pod called “Proof of Delivery” Mail us a copy of the same.

Goods that have been damaged by you or modified are excluded from exchange. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
